Hong Kong Public Speaking Championship

The Hong Kong Public Speaking Championship (HKPSC) is the tournament where aspiring debaters and public speakers can test their skills and try out for the Hong Kong Team. Students compete over 4 categories; debating, impromptu speaking, interpretative reading and persuasive speaking.

The championship is for senior (Form 4-6 or Years 10-13) students with the best individuals selected to represent Hong Kong at the World Individuals Debating and Public Speaking Championship as a part of Team Hong Kong.

Rules and Format

The Hong Kong Public Speaking Championship will adopt the same format as the World Individuals Debating and Public Speaking Championships.
